Even if you lost your bill, you can pay one of the following ways.


- Payment by credit card on "Web Billing"


- "Pay-easy payment" at an ATM at the post office and some financial institutions.

* To make a "Pay-easy payment," you will need the "Shu-nou Kikan Bango (storage company number), your "Okyaku-sama Bango (customer number)," and "Kakunin-Bango (confirmation number)."

You can find these numbers at "Web Billing."


- Payment at a docomo shop (If you use Omatome Seikyu Service (combined billing method) with docomo charge or a docomo line as your main line, you will be able to pay without the paper bill.)
