The bill for phone charges is issued approximately one to one and a half months after the usage period.

When the phone number is changed due to moving or other reasons, suspension or cancellation, we charge the fees up until the usage day.

If you change the address due to moving or other reasons, please register a mail forwarding request with a post office nearby.
