I checked the payment details on "@Billing" and "My Billing" but it doesn't show the amount which is billed by the collection agency. Why?
The charges and breakdowns that you can check on "@Billing" of NTT EAST or "My Billing" of NTT WEST are only for those of NTT EAST and NTT WEST.
The usage fee of "Denwa Ryoukin Gassan Service (combined billing services with the phone usages)" is charged by NTT FINANCE.
Please check the usage fee on "Web Billing."
