Why can't I apply for "@Billing," "My Billing," and "Web Billing" at the same contact desk?

Because each web service is provided by different companies. "@Billing" is an NTT EAST service, "My Billing" is an NTT WEST service, and "Web Billing" is our service.


Please make procedures for each service. However, if you register and link the login ID / password of "Web Billing" on [請求関連照会メニュー (menu to check billings)] after you log in to "@Billing," or "My Billing," you can log in to "Web Billing" directly from "@Billing" or "My Billing."
