You can find the following details on the back of "receipt" part of the phone or other bills.
"You may be charged the delayed interest, with an annual rate of maximum 14.5% (NTT DOCOMO's individual credit purchase brokerage contracts and installment sales contracts bear the statutory interest rate.), for the late payment."
