When you can't log in to the Web Billing screen as it is not displayed, one of followings might work out the error.
- Restart the browser in use: end the browsing software and restart to access it.
- Reboot the device in use: turn off the power on the device and turn it back on again to access by browsing software.
- Change the browser in use: end the browsing software and access by other browsing softwares.
- Delete cookies: delete cookies in the setting of the browsing software. Cookies are small files which are stored and referred temporarily on a user's computer.
