If the contract holder of the main line is a minor, as a general rule, we can't process the application for "Omatome Seikyu Service (combined billing method)."

However, if the followings are applied, we will process the application by form.

- A minor who is the contract holder of the main line and sub-lines for "Omatome Seikyu Service (combined billing method)" and has an agreement of persons in parental authority

- A minor who is married

- A minor whose business approval has been registered
