よくあるご質問

I got a letter from NTT FINANCE saying "request for payment (notice of service suspension)." Where can I pay with this notice?

When you want to pay by a "request of payment (suspension notice)" with a bar code, where and how you can make a payment are as follows.

- Payment at our designated convenience stores (within approximately 60 days after the due date, and for billing amount of 300,000 yen or less)

- Payment at a docomo shop (within approximately 60 days after the due date, and for billing amount of 300,000 yen or less)
*You will be able to pay without the paper bill for docomo charges or "Omatome Seikyu Service (combined billing method)" with a docomo line as your main line.

- Payment at the counter of each financial institution (by the due date)
