[NTT docomo lines]

Write down your NTT docomo mobile phone number in use (ex.090-xxxx-xxxx) or docomo Hikari's billing number (ex. COP number or the 11-digit number that starts with F). 　

[NTT EAST/NTT WEST lines]

 Hikari denwa by FLET'S line customers

    Write down your 10-digit billing number that starts with "00" （ex. 00-xxxx-xxxx）（*） or your landline number.

  Only FLET'S line customers

    Write down your 10-digit billing number that starts with "00" （ex. 00-xxxx-xxxx）（*）.

  None of the above

    Write down your landline number （ex. 03-xxxx-xxxx）.

  * The 10-digit billing number starts with "00," which is written in the section of "Okyakusama seikyuusho bango (customer billing number)" on FLET'S line starting notice, or in the section of "Okyakusama bango tou (billing numbers for customer)" on the notification of bank account deduction, or in the section of "Okyakusama bango (customer numbers)" on the screen of @Billing / My Billing.

[NTT Communications lines]

 Write down the "Okyakusama denwa bango (customer number)" written on your "paper bill" or "notification of bank account deduction" (ex. The 10-digit number that starts with N or 0, 6, 7, 8).
