When the main line for "Omatome Seikyu Service (combined billing method)" is credit card payment, could you send me the "notification of charges" at my request?

If your main line is NTT docomo, we will issue a "notification of charges" with 110 yen issuing fee (per month/after tax) at your request. Please make the request by the following ways.

You can request from "My docomo" (Advance registration of "My docomo" is required to use).

 - Call from docomo mobile phones: 151

 - Call from landlines: 0120-800-000 [working hours 9:00 am to 8:00 pm seven days a week]

If the main line is NTT EAST / NTTWEST / NTT Communications, we can't issue "notification of charges" even if you requested.
