For customers with paper bill payment for monthly charge, credit card or "Pay-easy payment" by "Web Billing" is available.

Also, for customers with bank account deduction, we issue the paper bill when we could not deduct the amount even for the second deduction (approximately 15 days after the due date) from the bank account due to shortage of deposit or other reasons.

If that is the case, credit card or "Pay-easy" payment by "Web Billing" is available approximately one week after the second deduction day.

To make a payment by "Pay-easy payment" on "Web Billing," you will need an internet banking contract.

If you don't have an internet banking contract, you can pay at an ATM at the post office or some financial institutions.

To make a "Pay-easy payment," you will need the "Shu-nou Kikan Bango (storage company number)," your "Okyaku-sama Bango (customer number)," and "Kakunin-Bango (confirmation number)."
