Regarding chat support with the operator, what should I be aware of?

Please note the following points for chat support with the operator.

1 We do not ask for any personal information on the chatting screen.

2 The chat support is only in Japanese.

3 If the following cases are applied, we will cease chatting at our (NTT FINANCE) option.

  - After we respond to customer's inquiry, there was no response from the customer for more than five minutes.

  - We can't read the letters input by customers due to garbled characters or other reasons.

  - We consider what customers are inputting on the chat as mental abuse and harassments toward our company or our employees, and we consider that the customer's behavior doesn't match the purpose for this service.

  - We consider it is not appropriate to continue the support by this service.
