件名 I want a "payment certificate." What can I do?
回答

Once you register with "Web Billing," you will be able to print out the "payment certificate" for the past 15 months maximum on your own from the top screen after you logged in.

A request from the form is also available.

Click "here" to apply (as a general rule, issuing fee is charged).

(Note 1) We charge 440 yen (after tax) per certificate and postage fee (actual cost) for a request of the "payment certificate."

Also, a revenue stamp is required for a payment certificate when the total payment amount exceeds 50,000 yen.

(Note 2) For those who registered with "Web Billing" without "paper bills" or "notification of charges," we issue the payment certificate for free only for the first application in the calendar year (For customers who pay by credit card, we issue a "usage fee statement" for free, not a payment certificate).

(Note 3) It takes about one week to send the payment certificate.
